Aman Malhotra is currently creating the next generation of auto transport as the head of analytics and growth at Super Dispatch, a fast-growing startup based out of Kansas City. At Super Dispatch, Aman has built the modern data stack from scratch which increased data visibility and led her to optimize the customer journey. With her love of solving complex problems, during her first year, she integrated and stood up AWS, Census, Tableau as well as Fivetran. She's now eagerly leading new growth opportunities with her team of 5 marketers and analysts. Prior to Super Dispatch, Aman has worked in analytics & growth strategy in a variety of roles for AutoAlert, Hallmark, DEG, C2FO and consulted for many other Kansas City startups.

Richie Bachala

Global Data Engineering Manager

Richie Bachala is an IT leader in Data & Analytics domain at The Sherwin-Williams Company. He is responsible for managing a team of about 23 Lead & Sr. Engineers/Architects/Managers/Consultants across 5 countries (USA, UK, Mexico, India and Malaysia) for supporting data engineering initiatives across APAC, ANZ, EMEA, LATAM and NOAM regions.

Richie Bachala is the Global Data Engineering Manager serving Sherwin’s Global Supply Chain, Corporate, Performance Coatings, R&D divisions. Richie is responsible for a cross-departmental enterprise-scale data modeling, ETL/ELT, cloud solutions architecture, streaming, data integration, executing global data & analytics implementations for modernization of business intelligence applications via cloud deployments and for building analytics center of excellence.

Prior to joining Sherwin, he has held positions as a software product engineer for Oracle Corporation and Hitachi Consulting, as a middleware, data integration consultant for multiple Fortune100 customers across bay area and east coast.

Principle Analytics Technical Product Manager

One of Fivetran's Analytics Leaders, Veronica advocates for cross-disciplinary thinking in all she does. comes from JP Morgan Chase, bringing experience in a fast paced, highly regulated environment.

She’s also data enthusiast, writer/dancer/choreographer, and lover of psychoanalysis, and Veronica enjoys designing an elegant system (whether it being information platform or social network) to achieve higher level of consciousness and affect changes.

Director of Analytics

Gary loves data and also loves story telling. So, he built a career around both.

Currently, Gary runs Analytics at Clari, which is a Revenue Operations Platform that improves efficiency, predictability, and growth across the entire revenue process. While he has also lead analytics teams at Cisco and Citus Data (now a part of the Microsoft family), his expertise is in solving complicated problems using data.

Charles Cameron

Senior Director of Enterprise Solutions

Charles earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Oklahoma State University in the Spring of 2002. After working as the Director of Information Technology at the OSU Alumni Association for four years, he took a data analyst job at the OSU Foundation. Over the next 15 years he helped grow the technical data services necessary to meet the foundation’s needs. His roles included Report Developer, Database Administrator, and ultimately Senior Director. During that time, his teams implemented the Foundation’s first data warehouse, supported two financial systems conversions and one CRM conversion, led the technical requirements team for an org-wide initiative to prioritize data focused projects, and grew in personnel until a dedicated Business Intelligence team was formed out of what was generally dubbed Data Services. Today, Charles and his team are focused on the migration of their on-prim data warehouse to Snowflake and implementing the data integrations necessary to support a CRM conversion to the Salesforce based “ascend” advancement solution.

He’s been in the data game for over 30 years and prior to Hashmap drove adoption of connected data solutions across global customers at Hortonworks and also spent 10 years with Oracle as Key Account Director with responsibility for all business lines and geographies leading a multi-product line account team.

Ben has spent his career focused on all forms of data. He has focused on developing algorithms to detect fraud, reduce patient readmission and redesign insurance provider policy to help reduce the overall cost of healthcare.


He has also worked in various industries including transportation, Big Tech, start-ups, insurance, Saas and more.
In all of these industries he has helped companies develop their data strategy. Often starting from scratch to develop an end-to-end data solution.


Ben privately consults on data science and engineering problems both solo with Seattle Data Guy as well as with a company called Acheron Analytics. He has experience both working hands-on with technical problems as well as helping leadership teams develop strategies to maximize their data.
